Process

Before you commit, you should know what you are signing up for: who does what and when, how long it takes and where you decide. That is why the whole process is here and not only in the quote.

  1. Step 01

    Conversation

    Twenty minutes on the phone or at your premises. We want to know what your customers search for, who calls you today and why, and what bothers you about your current solution.

    At the end of this conversation, we tell you whether we are the right fit. If your project needs an online shop, a booking system with availability or a members’ area, you hear it here and not only in the quote. We then tell you what would suit you instead.

  2. Step 02

    Quote

    You get a fixed price, not an estimate of hours. It sets out page by page what will be built, which texts and images come from you, what we deliver and when the site goes live.

    What it says is binding. If a new wish comes up later that is not in the quote, we name the price before we work on it. The final invoice contains no item you have not seen beforehand.

  3. Step 03

    Design

    Before a single line of code is written, you see the site: structure, order of the sections, typeface, colours and the real texts in place. No dummy text, no placeholder images from a stock library.

    You approve the design or tell us what should change. One round of revisions is included. We only build once you agree — so nothing gets done twice and you never see an invoice for work you did not want.

  4. Step 04

    Build

    We build the site by hand: HTML, CSS and only as much JavaScript as it really needs. Plus the things nobody sees that still decide whether you are found — titles and descriptions for search, structured company data, Google Business Profile, properly sized images.

    Before launch, we test the site on phone, tablet and desktop, and once entirely with the keyboard alone. Then it goes online, and you receive all files, the domain and every access in your name. Nothing stays with us.

Afterwards

Launch is not the finish line.

Send us changes to texts, prices or opening hours by email and we have them live within 24 hours. Hosting, backups and an eye on loading speed come with it, plus a monthly visibility report.

You can also do without. The site is yours with all its files, and any company that can read HTML and CSS can take it over. We build nothing that ties you to us.
